Salsa Bites WORKSHOP focuses on creative new ways to incorporate fundamental, yet advanced concepts of grounding, isolations, body movement, salsa "Strides", and the all important connection between the dancer, the dance floor, and the dance music. Partner Combination patterns are added to this concept as we "Clarify" the leads role as well as the follower.

followed by our Summer White/Salsa Social 9pm-12midnight with DJ Flip Dogg and his Flip Dogg Salsa Style!!!

Interested in Salsa and Bachata lessons at the Dance Studio?

On Monday Nights at Studio One, I offer a drop in class that is catered to beginners, the class covers Salsa and Bachata basics. its the perfect class to build upon your core basics, and the foundation steps to salsa dancing and Bachata. added to this class is a few tips on Styling techniques for both men and women. Monday night classes begin at 8:30pm-9:30pm, they are 1 hour in length and the pricing is $10 for the class.

On Wednesday Nights at Studio One, I offer a 4 week series salsa & salsa styling course for both beginners and beginner/intermediates. This course covers an array of basics, footwork, shines, combination patterns and stylling and movement in salsa. The course is given through-out a 4 week time frame and each class is 90 minutes in length. This course is definately designed to move you along in your salsa dancing. The pricing for this 4 week series course is $90 its hosted on Wednesdays at Studio One and class begins at 8:30pm (Students have to register for this course)

There is a Salsa Class each and every Tuesday night at 8pm and then following the lesson, you have DJ Flip who serves up a great night of dance by providing his best salsa, bachata and cha cha blends that you cannot find anywhere else in Providence. BACHATANGO WORKSHOP & SALSA SOCIAL AT STUDIO ONE WITH SALSALEGRE

BACHATANGO Club-style workshop with Martin and Sydonee

Club Style Bachata & Tango Fundamentals: Beginner/ Beginner Intermediate Level, Introducing footwork, 3-step turns, posture, partner connection, resistance and tension.

We will be blending sensual Bachata moves with the ever so sexy Tango, adding some intricate turn patterns with intense embraces, cozy Tango body contact and swift footwork with syncopations.

2hr Specialty Workshop begins 7pm-9pm followed by our Salsa Social 9pm-12midnight with DJ Flip Dogg and the Salsalegre and SalsaCity Dancers
