Salsa Dancing & Coaching Classes

So ask  yourself, How often do you and your partner go to events, how often do you see yourselves socializing at private parties and making new friendships or how often do you both enjoy your social dancing together? And suddenly Salsa music starts up and you long to get onto the dance floor but you don't want to look messy and awkward because you might feel that you don’t know the moves or turns, so you avoid the dancefloor and just watch other dancers. It might be that just one of you wants to dance and the other is embarrassed or intimidated. Meanwhile there are other happy couples are enjoying and showing off their moves on the dance floor and you envy their confidence.

A simple suggestion to those of you who are feeling like this is to really consider Salsa Coaching. It is the best way to address all of your insecurities and to really work on being a confident dancer. I can help with that. Get in touch with me to move you along and get you enrolled into a Private Coaching Course, it will be the best money spent, specially, when you notice the results of your training. Private Coaching catered to Salsa, Bachata (Dominican & ClubStyle) & Cha Cha

Personalized Coaching for your Leading and Following with Martin Rivera
Lead is all about communication and it becomes a conversation of the physical between two dancers. Good lead is an art form that requires sensitivity. A good leader is sensitive to the partner’s level of dance. As a leader you must make your intentions clear by committing to the movement and following through to the end. There is no room for mixed messages, which can be confusing to the follower and lead to awkward moments. A clear understanding of the movement is necessary so that it can be communicated easily and on time to the follower.
The follower has an equally important role, which is to follow. This, in essence, means that the follower has to be sensitive, aware and respond using good tone in the arms. The follower should not anticipate the movement but wait to be lead. Staying connected to your partner at all times is critical in order to obtain good lead and follow.
